These terms cover your use of the Visionary Streetwear website and any order you place with us. By using the site or buying from it, you accept them.

Visionary Streetwear is a one-person clothing label based in the United Kingdom. Contact: admin@visionarystreetwear.com.
Products
Every piece is printed to order in-house. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished garment depending on your display. Sizing is as shown on each product page; measurements are approximate.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where it applies. We can correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will contact you if we do. We can refuse or cancel an order and refund it in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, and site content belong to Visionary Streetwear. Do not copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
