Shipping
Orders are printed and packed within 2 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, UK delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and 7 to 14 for international.
You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it is going.
During a drop, order volume is higher, so add a couple of days.
Returns
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Email admin@visionarystreetwear.com with your order number to start a return.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
Once the item is back and checked, refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Limited-run pieces are still returnable, but they are not restocked, so a return may mean it sells out before an exchange is possible.
Faulty or wrong item
Email within 7 days of delivery with a photo. If it is a printing fault or the wrong item, we cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund.
